Zwaag, 26 June 2023 – Moso International B.V., world leader in bamboo products for indoor and outdoor use, is proud to announce the move to its new premises in Zwaag. This milestone marks the long-awaited moment for MOSO® to return to the original location after being affected by a devastating fire three years ago. The new premises meet the highest standards of sustainability and functionality, with a beautiful façade featuring MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® Varibo in combination with MOSO® Bamboo N-durance® to decorate the exterior.
MOSO®’s new home was designed by Landmark Vastgoed Management, a leading architectural firm specialising in sustainable buildings. The building was built to the finest detail by Stabo Bouw, a renowned construction company known for its craftsmanship and attention to quality. Particular attention was paid to the interior design of the new building, with MOSO® collaborating with Opnieuw, a leading supplier of sustainable interior products and circular solutions. This naturally involved the extensive use of bamboo, the fast-growing and renewable raw material known for its sustainable properties and versatile applications. By combining bamboo with other recycled materials, MOSO® has created an inspiring and eco-friendly working environment.
The new building will also be equipped with as many as 1,000 solar panels, reducing the company’s carbon footprint and further promoting sustainability. In addition, the entire building, including the warehouse, is completely gas-free, contributing to MOSO®’s ambition to become a fully carbon-neutral company.
With the move to the new premises in Zwaag, MOSO® is taking an important step in the further development and growth of the company. It enables them to serve their customers even better, while contributing to a more sustainable future.
