The new bank building of the Kreis- und Stadtsparkasse Erding-Dorfen consists of a barrier-free central building and several outdoor areas. The building was designed by architectural office OSA. MOSO® partner Qin International collaborated with landscape architects and urban planners from P-38 to design and install two rooftop decks on the upper floor and the deck on the ground floor.
A design concept that is focused on energy efficiency and sustainable use of resources. MOSO® supplied over 300 m² of Bamboo X-treme® Decking with FSC® certification to fulfill the highest sustainability standards according to the German Sustainable Building Council and to achieve the DGNB’s Gold Standard. The new Sparkasse building offers rooms for consultations, training & events, a conference center and workplaces for 220 employees.
