CASA 1.0

Team CASA aims to create the ultimate alternative for housing in the Netherlands by contributing to innovation in the construction industry. Team CASA is a student initiative at the Eindhoven University of Technology. What started in September 2016 as a team of eight and has since grown to eighteen, bringing expertise from every area of the university. Together with housing cooperation Woonbedrijf and construction company Hurks, Team CASA worked on the construction of a building that included 3 houses and does not compromise on comfort, affordability or sustainability. The result is this beautiful house, CASA 1.0. In 2019, MOSO^® partner Awood got in touch with the group of students who were looking for a sustainable cladding for their house. Bamboo X-treme^® Cladding turned out to be the best fit and here the Triple Rhombus profile has been installed with MOSO^® Fasteners: allowing for quick and fast installation but giving the appearance of many small slats.
