On the outskirts of Barcelona a new building, the Greenvia Building, has come to life. An office building that has been designed to offer an exceptional working environment. The building covers 6,350 m² and offers users an outdoor space with a 4,000 m² deck designed to improve people’s well-being and productivity. It is in this outdoor space that MOSO® Bamboo X-treme® Decking has been installed in different areas inviting users to relax, have informal meetings, take part in events or simply enjoy a moment of disconnection.
The Greenvia Building is essentially a social and environmental architectural project. It is both LEED GOLD and WELL GOLD pre-certified.
The LEED GOLD pre-certification was obtained thanks to the many steps taken to construct a building with a lower environmental impact. The building was designed to optimise the consumption of water, electricity and other energy sources, as well as the choice of materials, such as Bamboo X-treme® Decking, which can be credited towards LEED certification. As for the WELL GOLD pre-certification, it was obtained thanks to an improvement and optimisation of air quality, healthy food from ecological agriculture, thermal, luminous and acoustic comfort…
