The Portuguese IKEA store in Loulé offers its customers a colourful outdoor space that matches the image of the world-famous furniture chain. IKEA is committed to sustainability and takes an active approach to becoming a fully circular company by 2030. In Loulé, IKEA was aiming for a sustainable terrace for the outdoor area. CPU Retail Architects selected Bamboo X-treme® decking boards, installed with the ribbed side up for extra slip resistance.
