MM25 Office

The previously vacant office building “MM25” in Rotterdam was completely revitalised into a “Smart Building” in which sustainability is combined with high-tech. Among other things, the use of workstations has been made more efficient by means of localization sensors while the LED lighting, as well as the temperature, can be regulated via an app. Further energy-saving measures have been taken to achieve energy label A for the building, making it ready for the future. Bamboo X-treme^® is the building material of the future for terraces and therefore fits exceptionally well to this project. Around 200 m² of decking was placed on the roof of the building by installer Awood.
